Terms and Conditions for Website Purchases
RESURON PHILIPPINES CORP.
A. Order Processing:
RESURON PHILIPPINES CORP shall receive validated purchase orders through its company website and will correspondingly process these including order validation, allocation and receipt of payment.
B. Picking and Packing:
RESURON PHILIPPINES CORP shall apply existing steps for locating and retrieving the correct items from its designated warehouse and/or partner distributor/sub-distributor who in turn shall prepare packing lists to facilitate timely labeling and scheduling of shipment of ordered goods.
C. Delivery or Pick-up and Shipment
RESURON's partner distributor/sub-distributor, shall dispatch validated and paid orders. Distributor/Sub-distributor will facilitate shipments, including shipping labels, documentation, and carrier selection for orders anywhere within the Philippines.
For orders below Php 5,000.00, the buyer shall pay delivery fees depending on the existing rates set by Resuron's partner distributor or assigned courier for items ordered online via the RESURON PHILIPPINES CORP website. Corresponding rates apply upon check-out for local and international shipping.
For orders above Php 5,000, shipping is free of charge for deliveries within the Philippines. For orders to be shipped outside the Philippines, corresponding international shipping fees apply. The client will shoulder importation and clearance taxes. These fees vary per country of destination.
All goods ordered are carefully checked and guaranteed complete and in good condition before their release from the Distributor/Sub-distributor's warehouse or retail area before being shipped out.
Upon acknowledgment of the above conditions, the Buyer or Client agrees to waive "liabilities for delivery and damage" before checking out and paying online. All confirmed orders will be assigned a "Transaction No." which will be the same reference number to be presented by client's assigned courier upon pick up from Sub-distributor or Distributor.
Upon release to carrier representative, the waiver will be acknowledged that received goods are complete and in good condition.
Customers who order online may likewise personally pick up their orders at AB Sandoval Drug in Pasig City for NCR orders or RESURON PH CORP's designated distributor/sub-distributor in their area, as an option to hiring a courier service to deliver their orders.
D. Returns, Pull-Outs and Product Replacements
AB Sandoval Drug Inc (RESURON's Partner Distributor) and other official sub-distributors shall accommodate product returns & replacements, provided that the client shows undamaged, unused, unopened goods along with proof of recent payment, accompanied by a readable, untampered sales invoice within 7 days of purchase, applicable on the ff conditions:
1) wrong delivery
2) receipt of expired stocks
3) incomplete delivery
Change Order Fee Policy:
This policy aligns with Article 68, Chapter III of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 7394 (The Consumer Act of the Philippines), which states that, "Non-refundable policies shall apply for goods made or done pursuant to the request of the customer or made especially for the customer and for goods which by reason of their nature cannot be resold or put to further use by the seller." A "change of mind" does not entitle customers to a refund or replacement under this rule.
E. Schedule of Deliveries
1. Same-day deliveries for orders placed before 12nn and picked up by buyer/client's chosen courier before 4pm.
2. Next day delivery for paid transactions beyond 12nn; pick up by buyer/client's chosen courier before 4pm of the following day.
3. 2-5 days delivery for paid orders outside NCR.
4. The same is applicable for orders worth Php 5K and up, where SF is free-of-charge – only applicable within the Philippines. International shipment shall be charged to the buyer.
F. Payment Schedules
Online payment transactions will be accepted before shipment via the ff payment channels:
QR Ph, which supports common e-wallet platforms and online bank transfers
Credit card payment (for local and international payments)
No Payment-No Shipment Policy.
Fully pre-paid transactions will receive the corresponding sales invoice along with the orders when shipped.
NO CASH payments via courier.
Buyer or Client may choose to pick up his order at AB Sandoval Drugstore at Shaw Blvd.
To ensure on-time and secure shipment of ordered skincare sets, Resuron highly encourages the use of its partner distributor's in-house courier.
Orders above Php 5K will receive free shipping, applicable for Philippines transactions only.
